We have asked Holgate nannies for help finding nannies more than once with different profiles and needs (live in, live out, temporary) and every time we were very happy with the profiles presented and with the professionalism of the company. We are especially happy that we were listened to, even if sometimes the suggestion was not to hire a nanny after all at that particular time. My husband and I used Holgate Nannies to find a part-time nanny (3 days/week) for our 1 year old daughter. Our experience in working with the founder, Lauren, was very positive -- she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the industry, and helped guide us through the entire process.  She was clear about timelines/expectations/costs, and after a series of CV reviews and interviews, was able to connect us with an amazing nanny who we love, who has now been with us for just over 6 months. Have had such a wonderful experience working with this agency as a nanny. Feel very cared for and Lauren is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about what the parents, kids and Nannies all need to work together happily. Couldn’t recommend more!
