Thank you for taking part in the Holgate Nannies Referral Scheme. We appreciate your support in helping us connect exceptional families and household professionals.
1. Referral Reward1.1. A referral reward of €125 in vouchers (or the equivalent amount of vouchers in your local currency) will be paid for each successful referral that meets the criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. The referral reward is offered as a thank you for introducing a suitable candidate or family to Holgate Nannies.
2. Eligibility to Refer2.1. To participate in the referral scheme, you must already be a registered candidate with Holgate Nannies.
2.2. A registered candidate is defined as someone who has:
- Completed an application with Holgate Nannies;
- Completed an interview with our team;
- Provided all required documentation requested by Holgate Nannies; and
- Been formally accepted and registered by Holgate Nannies.
Completing the application or interview process alone does not qualify an individual as a registered candidate for the purposes of this referral scheme.
3. Successful Referrals3.1. A referral is considered successful when the referred candidate or family completes the required registration process and a successful permanent placement is made through Holgate Nannies.
3.2. Referral rewards are only payable for permanent placements. Temporary placements are not eligible for the referral scheme.
3.3. To qualify for the referral reward, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The referred candidate or family completes the placement process with Holgate Nannies.
- Holgate Nannies has received the placement fee in full.
- The referred candidate or family successfully completes 90 days with the permanent placement.
3.4. The referrer must also be actively working in a permanent position secured through Holgate Nannies before the referral reward is paid - IF THIS IS THE CASE A CLAUSE NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO 2.2 FOR CANDIDATE TO BE ACTIVELY WORKING IN A PERMANENT PLACEMENT
4. Referral Process4.1. Referrals must be submitted through the official Holgate Nannies Referral Form.
4.2. Before submitting a referral, you must obtain permission from the person you are referring to share their contact details with Holgate Nannies.
4.3. The referred person must not already be registered with Holgate Nannies or have an existing active relationship with our team.
4.4. Once a referral has been submitted, Holgate Nannies will contact the referred person to discuss their requirements and determine the next steps.
5. Voucher Payment5.1. Referral rewards will be paid once all eligibility requirements and qualifying conditions have been met.
5.2. Holgate Nannies reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral before issuing payment of the vouchers.
5.3. Voucher payments will be made using the details provided by the referrer and may be subject to reasonable processing times.
6. Privacy6.1. Referrers may participate in the Holgate Nannies Referral Scheme by referring candidates or families to Holgate Nannies.
6.2. To make a referral, referrers will be required to provide personal information about themselves and the person they are referring, including names and email addresses, so that Holgate Nannies can contact the referred person on the referrer's behalf.
6.3. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have the permission of the referred person to share their personal information with Holgate Nannies.
6.4. Personal information collected through the referral scheme will be processed in accordance with the
Holgate Nannies Privacy Policy.
6.5. Holgate Nannies may send follow-up communications to the referred person regarding its services and opportunities.
6.6. Personal information may also be used to contact referrers regarding their participation in the referral scheme.
7. General Conditions7.1. By participating in the Holgate Nannies Referral Scheme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. Holgate Nannies reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
7.3. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, other benefits, or transferred to another person.
7.4. Holgate Nannies' decision regarding the eligibility of referrals and the payment of referral rewards is final.
7.5. Referrals submitted outside of the official referral process may not be eligible for the referral reward.
